Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories was attending the Little Orchestra Society performances at Lincoln Center. Their programs were so creative, including music, dance and visual art.

Tell us why you chose this song. “in the brittle quietude” I love Iman Habibi’s piece and feel a deep connection to his beautiful composition. I also enjoy a great kinship with him as a valued friend in music, sharing the motivation of highlighting our artistic work for the cause of the environment.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening up the Arts section of the Friday New York Times, and seeing my recording of Ned Rorem’s Piano Album l and Six Friends on the front cover, having been selected as one of their “Best in Classical Recordings”!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Mastering performances of late Schubert Sonatas and late Beethoven Sonatas, performing piano concertos with orchestra…
