In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Picking up a guitar. My older brother and dad would have a bunch scattered round the house. I remember thinking 'I will never be able to make this sing'. How wrong i was..... What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Air, The Virgin Suicides (Original Motion Picture Score)
Nirvana, MTV Unplugged In New York (Live Acoustic)
Wu-Tang Clan, Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) [Expanded Edition]
Wu tang to me is like the Beatles. I bought 36 when i was 10 and i remember having my mind blown by its textures and story telling. Nirvana unplugged is a capsule of a perfectly imperfect performance . TVS because its groovy and also a score. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“More of the Same”
This song closes my debut album & I wrote it with my wife in mind. My inability & urge to stay present throughout my life (So far!) is the LP's theme. I love playing this song live with my band it moves me to tears. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Co producing , Co writing , performing and self releasing my debut album 'Presence'. Forming a band from this and writing my next one. Also being able to explore deeper via co creating a netflix show with my wife. Also just playing live. It's healing Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Release vinyl. Go on tour in South America (the mother land!) and connect with more people though my art.
