Rihanna’s commanding 2012 mega-smash “Diamonds” gets polished by top producers, and the results vary stylistically yet remain stunning. House master Dave Audé maxes out the bass and adds church bell chimes to his “100 Edit”, giving clubgoers extra licence to flex; EDM trio Bimbo Jones chop up and scatter Rihanna’s voice over the pulsing beats of their “Vocal Remix” and then stretch it out on their “Downtempo Edit”. Italo-electro guru Congorock, meanwhile, adds tense drops and grinding synths to his pair of reinventions.
